fun stuff

this is going to be a completely random post, but i am going to try and blog when hannah says or does something funny that i don't want to forget! and last night there was funny stuff!!

first, though, a picture of hannah in her new big girl car seat...

she was seriously so excited to have a big girl seat! it's the little things... :)

last night she was in the bathtub, and obviously had something bothering her in her mouth. she finally got ahold of it, and it was just a tiny seed from the raspberry jam she had earlier on her biscuit. she looked at me with this completely disgusted look, and very seriously said "mommy, i don't want my tongue anymore. you need to just take it out"! i burst out laughing and she looked at me like i was the crazy one. so, of course, i pretended to "pull" her tongue out, and then explained to her that God made her tongue and that she needed it in there to help her talk. she seemed to be fine after that, but i am still laughing about it!

then, after i had read her bedtime story, we were still in the rocking chair, and she whispered "i need to tell you a secret" and pulled my ear to her mouth. usually it's something sweet like "i love you" or "i'm your girl", something along those lines. tonight, though, very seriously, she whispered "mommy, i love daddy" and leaned back to keep rocking! it was so funny!

ok, the following pictures are just for fun. and all my close friends that know me well...don't freak out when you see them. hannah is NOT going to wrestle...

this singlet was cody's very first one when he was about 4, and he wanted to try it on hannah and take some pictures just for fun. even he has decided that he does not want hannah to wrestle and have some yucky boys touching her!! she did look pretty darn cute in that ridiculous singlet though:)

this morning when i went in to wake hannah up, she grabbed her pillow and seriously covered her head with it! i thought i at least had until teenage years before that started happening!

this morning she also walked in to my bathroom with a tutu around her neck, just hanging on her shoulders and said she was a bird, and walked around flapping her arms saying "cheep, cheep...cheep, cheep" and said the tutu was her feathers! she turned around to walk out, and turned around and said "wait, i am really a lion! ROAR!!!!". she had then decided the tutu was her mane!!! so funny!

hannah makes me laugh every day and i am just so thankful for her! she is growing up too fast and i don't want to forget a single detail, so i hope you can bear with me through lots more posts about her:)

sorry if you are totally bored at this point, but apparently you stuck it out:) i just have decided i HAVE to start documenting some of the funny and cute things that hannah does. blackmail for the years to come!! :)
