out of my comfort zone

well, i did something completely uncomfortable to me...i have signed up for a sewing class. this is uncomfortable to me for a couple of reasons. first, i have signed up with a friend from facebook that i went to high school with, but unfortunately didn't know well back then. we have recently reconnected online, but have never managed to get together. i am not good with relationships, especially with women. i need this, though. also, i am not good in a group of people that i do not know, which is why i have never signed up for a sewing class before. cody bought me a sewing machine for my first mother's day over a year ago. i have made a couple of burp cloths with it, but since then it has sat in storage. i am going to make the best of this, and i really do think will end up having a good time. maybe this will be the start to something great...

ok, so i have to talk about hannah today. she is just so funny! and she is just changing so much! you know, when she was born, she looked just like her daddy! honestly, i thought, what did i have to do with this child!!! then, after a couple of months, she became very obviously my daughter! she looked nothing like her daddy anymore, and just like i did when i was a baby. now, she is changing again. i'm not so sure she's not going to become a perfect combo of cody and me. she is starting to look like such a "girl" now, and not so much like a baby. it's kind of sad to me, but also exciting. i love the age she is at right now. she is imaginative and creative and funny and full of life! it doesn't take much to make her happy and she LOVES to read! that's my girl:)

work is still same ol', same ol'. i really hate coming in right now. i am so busy trying to get stuff done for BowTrendz that i wish i could just stay home and work on that! i am hoping my tutus will be a success! i made juli one last night for her birthday, and even though i used colors that i wasn't sure about putting together, it turned out sooooo cute! i can't wait to give it to her!

i need to start posting some pictures when i talk about hannah, but i need to be on my other computer. i will try to do that soon!!
