so, my child has regressed...she is not sleeping through the night. she has been in her own room since she was 4 weeks old and sleeping through the night since 6 weeks old. now, though, she thinks she doesn't need to go to bed at all. and if we do get her to bed she is up almost immediately. last night we decided to try Super Nanny tactics...you know, the whole "don't talk to your child, just put them back in bed" thing. oh my goodness. hannah screamed bloody murder for a solid hour and it was definitely the longest hour of my life. she was up and down for that entire hour, and i am not kidding, screaming at the top of her lungs the whole time. thank God my sweet husband is so patient and was there to help me with this. i am already dreading bedtime tonight. i do have to say, though, that once she was in bed, she did stay until 7 this morning:)
we did have quite the weekend, and once again, i am not on the computer to post the pics to back it up:) i guess i will do a seperate post tomorrow maybe!
i will, though, tell you about our photo shoot on saturday morning. the new picture at the top of my blog is just one of the fabulous pics we got. my friend vanessa, http://www.sodarnhappyphotography.com/, did them for us. she does such an amazing job and was so great to just let us do our thing as a family and just capture the fun we were having. it was even raining a little, but it sure didn't ruin the morning. i will post more pics from that shortly as well:) but here's one for now...
even my husband, who hates the camera, was so pleased with the pictures we got! thank you, vanessa, for doing such a fantastic job:)
