And Then There Were 4...: take 2

i know...2 posts in one day! wow! just don't get used to it:)

so, as excited as i was about ballet the other night, it turned out to be a disaster. i guess i let my hopes get up too high. hannah wanted NOTHING to do with participating. she whined and clinged to my leg the first 20 minutes of the class. she wanted to be held, which i refused to do. cody finally walked her over to one of the helpers and made her stay with that girl. she did stay, but still didn't participate. i was so relieved when the class was over. but then, she threw a HUGE fit because she didn't want to leave! talk about a little drama queen. i am hoping that means, though, that next week she will participate, and realize it's ok to get involved, and that i don't have to be at her side all the time. both days since then she has asked to go back, so i will just hope (but not too much) that next week will be better! i did at least get a few cute pics, though. please ignore the bad quality. my camera does not like to zoom:(

yesterday i went in for an ultrasound on my ovaries, and the cyst is still there, and not really shrinking. i will go to a new doctor on tuesday, i guess to see if he thinks the cyst should be removed. my doctor thinks if it continues to cause pain like it is i should look at having it removed. i just don't know what to do. it is affecting my life in a huge way, just because when i hurt i don't want to do anything but sit on the couch, which is not helping me lose any weight! cysts can go away on their own, and most of the time will, but i can't decide if i am willing to wait this one out. of course, by the time anyone decides what to do about it, it will have gone away!

cody and i actually have a kid-free night tonight, and we have no idea what to do! we may just cook dinner in and rent some movies and actually get to watch them:) we would always rather have hannah home with us, but a night here and there is good for us, and we need it. it will definitely be good to sleep in in the morning without her coming in at 6!

we went to pops a few weeks ago, and it really was fun for something different to do. we had never been before, but everyone talks about how fun it is to pick from the TONS of flavors of soda they have. hannah, of course, had to have GREEN soda, so she got green apple. it was ok, but definitely too sweet for me! she really liked the giant soda "bottle" out front:
